1. Where do I get quotation for the items I am interested to buy?
You can get either get quotation online or send us your enquiry by email
fax or phone. For online quotation, you can use our Instant Quote, Product
Catalogue or Product Search to add items toyour basket before proceeding
to get quotation. For more details, please refer to How To Get Quotations.
You can also email your enquiry to sale@likephsi.com, fax to us at(+86755) 83405787 or call us directly at(+86755) 88845848. Please specify the"Part/Model No/Product code" and the "Quantity Required" in your email
or fax.
2. After getting the quotation, where do I proceed to place my order?
You can email your Purchase Order to us at sale@likephsi.com, or
fax to us at(+86755) 83405787.For faster processing of your order, please
include the following information in your order:
- Quotation number if you get your quotation from our website
- Company Name, Contact Name, Billing Address and Contact Numbers.
- Destination Address and Shipping Details
- Other information or instructions if any.
3. How can I make payment for my order?
You can email Purchase Order to us at sale@likephsi.com, or fax
to us at(+86755) 83405787.Our current modes of payment are:
- Bank Draft
- Remittance / Telegraphic Transfer
- Letter of Credit
- Please note that you will need to bear ALL bank charges involved,
- including bank charges incurred on ourside.
4. How long will each delivery take?
We always target to deliver within 14 working days or earlier. If the item
required is not available, we will do our best to deliver within 30 days.
Often we will try to meet our customers' preferred dates of delivery.
Shipment will be made upon receipt of payment.
5. What are the ways of shipping my order?
We use "Prepaid Only" and "Prepaid or Freight Collect" shipping methods.
For Prepaid Only:
- Parcel Post
- EMS Speedpost
For Prepaid or Freight Collect:
- Express Courier Services
- United Parcel Service (UPS)
- Federal Express (FedEx)
- DH L Worldwide Express
6. If I email a sales enquiry, when can I get a reply?
You will get a reply from our sales within 1 working day.
7. Is the order for stock lot and stock offer items based on
first-come-first-serve?
We practise that policy only to a certain degree. We will definitely try to
provide all our customers with the items. However, there is no guarantee or
reservation made even if you send an early email.
8. If I cannot find the item I want, what should I do?
A thousand apologies if you cannot find the item you want on our site
or you did not manage to get quotation for that item.This may be due
to a item code mismatch,Please be ensured that we will do our best to
meet your needs. You can send us your enquiry by email/fax/phone.
Likewise you can use our Instant Quote to submit your item list to
"My Get Quote List". From "My Get Quote List", click Quote and items
with quotations will be listed to you. As for those items not quoted
our sales are already notified and will get back to you very soon.
9. What's mean your product type "ORIGINAL, MADE IN CHN, SURPLUS A,
SURPLUS"?
As you see in our quotation list, we have four types of products:
ORIGINAL MADE IN CHN, SUPLUS A, and SURPLUS, please read the
following to understand:
ORIGINAL: means original factory, these items come from original
factory TOSHIBA, SANYO, SANKEN, SONY, PHILIP, TI, MOT,
PANASONIC, ST-GSG,SAMSUNG... etc, these items are brand
new, with original package.
MADEINCHN: means Chinese or compatible items, the price is low, and
quality improve to a very high level these years.
SURPLUS: the items are old stock. The factory has many remnants, some
of this item the legs is a little short and some soldering,
mixed date code. About our surplus items, we have normal
surplus and surplus A quality (SURPLUS A), the A quality
items are selected form the normal surplus, long legs, no
much soldering, looks old but near to the original items,
but no original package.
Generally, The SURPLUS & SURPLUS A items' price is cheap, for repairing or
nothigh quality production manufacturing is the best choice; Original items
price is a little high, but is original quality; MADE IN CHN items price
not very high, quality improve to a high level too. but is no many models. |
